A cheese lover since childhood, Kurt Beecher Dammeier began Beecher's Handmade Cheese in Seattles historic Pike Place Market in 2003. In 2011, he opened the doors to a second location in New York's Flatiron District. On either coast, guests can watch Beecher's Cheese crafted from Holstein cows milk before their eyes and try their flavorful artisan cheeses.
