Lebkuchen has always been one of our favorite cookies, and in Nuremberg you can find many versions of this delicious German gingerbread. Some are iced with a powdered sugar glaze, some have chocolate, and most are decorated with almonds. These authentic Lebkuchen are made in NY and packaged in an Alpine village tin.
