As a component of a soyu based marinade, it brightens and infuses with its singular aroma. Perfect on toast, as a glaze for pastries, and filling for pies and cookies. We especially love a spoonful in our black tea.

Yuzu is such a wonderful fruit; we first encountered it in a very distinctive and innovative margarita, for which is was ideal, being both salty and citrus.

This marmalade is a wonderful glaze for meats, and tastes delicious on a cracker with some goat cheese as an hors d'oeuvre. Highly recommended
