Not close to what is needed for Paella.

    Best Uses

      This can be used as a base for paella at best. The starter stock recipe has nothing to do with what comes with the kit, nor does the recipe on the back of the rice. No other recipe comes with the so called kit of a "chorizo" and olive paella kit.

      Service and delivery comments:

      Christmas gift that came on time.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
