Embodies all the true natural flavor that one associates with a fine Italian Olive Oil.
One can tell that it is not a blend from multi-countries to try to achieve the natural flavor, of the Olive rather it relies on only nature and the skill of the Olive Oil Company to capture the full body flavor of the plants.
Full of Olive flavor with an earthy grass under pinning with just a hint of almond, a nice following of peppery finish.
Ideal with any use or finishing to many dishes, and fantastic as a dip with Balsamic and seasoning.

This product is a FABULOUS finishing oil. Its flavor is extremely harmonious, unlike any other. It has a very full bouquet on the nose as well as on your palet. You will fall in love with this oil at first taste!
