this was my first ever order with your company and it was not a good experience, i ordered one bottle of black and one bottle of white truffle oil. iIt was a last minute christmas gift idea and i would have be pleased to receive it even after christmas
Before christmas the black truffle oil arrived and i was able to wrap it and give as a gift
.No mention of the white truffle oil. No email with an update and of course you have my money

most companies would have contacted me with an update that would have been fine. No apology no updated ,no white truffle oil HOW sad
a little common courtesy goes a long way.
