The Marion Blackberry Preserves by Clearbrook Farms is not made with your ordinary blackberries. The marionberry is currently the most common blackberry cultivar, accounting for over half of all blackberries produced in Oregon. The relative complexity of the flavor has led to a marketing label as the "cabernet of Blackberries". The marionberry is somewhat tart in flavor with earthy traces of sweetness. These preserves are only made with the finest Grade A fruit, grown right here, in the United States. There are no corn sweeteners, artificial colors or flavors and no preservatives.
