Clearbrook Farms only uses USDA Grade A fruit from small family-owned farms and presents this Michigan Tart Red Cherry Preserve in a 24 Michigan. canning jar (which can later be reused). With 3.8 million tart cherry trees, Michigan produces 70 to 75 percent of the tart cherries grown in the United States, a superb product cherished by jam, jelly & preserve makers around the world. We love this Tart Cherry Preserve as a basting sauce for ham or roast pork.
