I've been using this set for about a year now and the spices are just wonderful! They are sure to add to any French dish, but I've also cheated and used it with simple chicken dishes, shrimp rubs and italian pastas. The only downside is the little tins can be hard to pry open, and if you're not careful, all those wonderful herbs can go flying everywhere!
