This spice has become one of my favorite add ins. I use it in stews, soups, roasts (chicken, fish, lamb, beef), pasta or potato salads and breakfast items such as french toast, home fries and the like. Makes you ask 'just what is that extra yumminess in this dish?' It is delicious!
