Upon opening the container, this herb blend is absolutely wonderful. It is so fragrant and fresh. I have used it in many dishes, and like it for making croutons with olive oil in the oven as well as on the crust of homemade pizza. I would highly recommend.

I made a shrimp cocktail sauce adding this product and it was great. I have made this sauce in the past using a different Herbes De Provence and it was not a flavorfull. I am convinced that this product made the difference.

I love this herb. It is totally unique. I use it in my beef stew, and roast it in the oven on chicken/olive oil. It gives off this beautiful aroma that fills the home. I love the lavender!

received this as a gift, at first, it reminded me of the relaxing eye pillow i wear to bed because of the lavander scent, tried it on some veggies, and i thought it was great, but the lavander took some getting used to. Can't wait to try it on other things. kikiriks72[@]

I love the lavender component - not unique - that's what makes it Herbes de Provence - but the highest quality of what I can pick up in the market. Soups, braised meats, etc. .. it always adds wonderful flavor and fragrance!
