Our family serves smoked salmon at all of our holiday functions and family parties. We serve the buttery slices on pumpernickel toast points with a dollop of vegetable cream cheese, capers, red onion, thin tomato slice and a squeeze of lemon. It's the 1st thing to go, EVERY single time. the bites just melt in your mouth. One can absolutely tell that this is fresh, natural and without preservatives.
I highly recommend this item for yourself but also as a hostess gift for ALL occasions.

Excellent. This very thinly sliced smoked salmon/lox tastes fresh even after a couple of weeks in the freezer, perfect on a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The lemon/dill is particularly good. Very good value compared with other online sellers & much, much better quality than what's available at my local deli.
