We've had two of these mugs for years. They are the first used when they come out of the dishwasher and that's if they managed to make the cycle without being pulled out and hand washed. We finally realised we really wanted all our mugs to be these and replaced our others to be able to have the perfect mug every time.
Service and delivery comments:
We ordered four mugs and two came cracked at the handle (possible only the glaze). I emailed Dean & Deluca and literally within the hour two perfect replacements had been sent.

Mugs hold right amount of beverage with room for toppings if needed. Mugs are heavy, but roomy enough to wrap your hands around. We have several of these we use routinely and I've only had one develop a crack in the base, which was just after the first or second use.

I love the design and have the exact design from some mugs o bought at [...] and wanted a set form Dean and Deluca as well, but these ones are so tiny you really cant even get your finger(s) through the handle and they only hold 3 sips of coffee. I LOVE the design but these are way too small to be practical for use
