Comments about Demerara Sugar:
Love this sugar! It has a non-cloying sweetness that lightly accents beverages. Its larger crystals look so sparkly on fresh fruit too.
I love that it is not refined like plain, white sugar is, thus, it has that ever-so-slight richness of molasses and sugar cane taste. It is the only sugar I serve to my guests at home now; no more white sugar in the sugar bowl.

Comments about Demerara Sugar:
I bought this to top holiday drinks, coffee and cookies with for the holiday. The taste is beyond regular large grain/coarse sugar. India Tree also makes delicious vanilla coarse sugar too.

Comments about Demerara Sugar:
I ordered this product because it's called 'Demerara Sugar' and Demarara is the name of a place I grew up in Guyana, South America. The country is known for it's sugar export and I grew up tasting Demarara sugar in all products. It is very rare to find products from Guyana at great stores like Dean & Deluca so after I found this sugar there, I was very pleased.
