We came upon this as a gift... It is a staple in my pantry going forward. I paired it with pancetta (husband's request) for a simple risotto. It was a huge hit for all. I will not be shy about pairing with cheese, meats, crackers, breads, pastas, pizzas, chicken, or fish, etc, going forward. It seems simple but it is a show stopper. I know I can roast my own vegetables. It's not worth it though. This will definitely elevate anything you pair it with.
