For more than 35 years, Agrimontana based in Borgo San Dalmazzo, Piemonte, has been producing fruit preserves and other confections, harvested on the slopes and in the orchards where the fruits have been traditionally cultivated. Wild Cherries picked at the height of ripeness in the heart of Emilia-Romagna are used to create the fresh, natural flavor of this Wild Cherry Extra Preserve. Made following a homemade recipe, with about 70% fruit per jar, Agrimontana preserves are produced without added pectin, colors, flavorings, or preservatives (just pure chopped fruit, sugar cane, and lemon juice). Great for breakfast as a spread for croissants or toast.
