DEAN & DELUCA Cutting Board

Canada
Chop fruits and vegetables, or slice your favorite meats on this maple wood cutting board. A large 14-inch-by-10-inch surface provides enough room for cutting large portions of food at once, and finger grips on each end make it easy to keep the board stable as you cut. Place this attractive cutting board on your counter or kitchen island to create a large work surface.

Comments about DEAN & DELUCA Cutting Board:

I have to agree with the other review(I wish I would have read it!). It is hard to clean, unfinished,(fibers from cotton cloth I use to add mineral oil remain on the board)surface is so rough. I had to buy mineral oil to try to get it functional..so far not good. This is not the most expensive board I have purchased, but I am usually satisfied with D&D's products. I suppose if I just use it for display(Cheese, fruit, crackers, etc.) and not for everyday use, it is suffice, but that was not my intended use.

Comments about DEAN & DELUCA Cutting Board:

The cutting board doesn't have a protective finish and is not smooth at all. I had to purchase a bees wax & mineral oil paste just to make the board water proof & conditioned.
