Perfect salt for sprinkling on meats, vegetables, etc. I haven't tried it for baking, not sure it is suitable consistency. No bitter taste in cooked food like regular table salt. Have already given as gifts to some of my favorite "cooks".

We are investors in a great little fresh, organic restaurant in Del Mar, CA. When I introduced Chef to this salt at our home, years ago, he started using it almost exclusively at Market. I personally became addicted to it over 25 years ago on a fresh crunchy ear of corn- still, my favorite application.
