And they've created two flavors especially for us—lemon (lemon cake layered with tart lemon ganache) and cassis (vanilla cake layered with black currant ganache). Both are enrobed by hand in white chocolate and garnished with candied organic pansies.

These Petit Fours take me back to childhood. I have been looking for the perfect Petit Fours for many years, and these are those. The cassis and vanilla have an old-fashioned flavor and a pretty look that comes right our of old Paris. The tart lemon ganache plays to my foodie palate, more updated. The Pansies on top make these Easter-perfect.
